I am a 56 year old Board Certified Nuclear Cardiologist. I was born in Waterloo, Iowa where as one of the "Kennedy Kids" I was placed in advanced mathematics and physics programs in 7th grade. My current doctorate, masters and bachelor degrees are physics, medicine, (law currently completing), psychology, biology, chemistry and general science. My major fields of publication are in (1) "Inflammation and Heart Disease" and the variable influencing this disease process including dietary and lifestyle changes, (2) "Stenosis Flow Reserve", (3) RIA-FHRWW ("rapid image acquisition - Fleming Harrington redistribution wash-in washout") and (4) Oncologic Imaging using B.E.S.T. imaging. The presentations include more than 50 presentations at National and International meetings in the U.S., Europe and Asia, more than 50 published papers in peer-reviewed medical journals, eight textbook chapters, and editor-in-chief of: Establishing Better Standards of Care in Doppler Echocardiography, Computed Tomography and Nuclear Cardiology.
