Brief Biography
Born in Freiburg, Germany. Studies in Bioinformatics and Philosophy at the University of Tübingen. Research Assistant at the Max-Planck-Institute for Biological Cybernetics from 2004-2007. Diploma thesis at Max-Planck-Institute for Biological Cybernetics and Baylor College of Medicine with Andreas Tolias and Matthias Bethge. Since 2008, pursuing a PhD in Systems Neuroscience at the Graduate School for Neural and Behavioural Sciences, International Max Planck Research School at the Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics.
