Current density vector reconstruction in the plane (one or F) parallel to the measurement plane during the investigation of magnetic field of human heart (magnetocardiography) was carried out with integral Fourier transform. The algorithm accounts for constructive parameters and circuit of flux transformers of magnetometric system. After the analytical solution of magnetostatics inverse problem for N magnetic dipoles constituting in every cross-section plane a set that forms a three-dimensional volume with the magnetic signal source, a corresponding dipole sources quantity for the given timepoint of cardiocycle was found. The inverse problem solution of current density vector reconstruction in every cross-section of the three-dimensional volume was carried out with a knowledge of rz coordinate of all of it's cross-sections (including the rz coordinate of the cross section with a maximal solution density). In the standard approach mode 20 equidistant Z axis layers are used. If the number of planes of cross-sections of the three-dimensional volume with the magnetic signal source are not preset (“nonregular grid” mode), the distance between the cross-sections is shorter, whereas their quantity is determined in the process of the problem solution by a special algorithm. The algorithms of magnetostatics inverse problem solution are realized in software blocks and are part of magnetometric complexes used for investigation and diagnostics in cardiology.
