The contents of the abstracts presented at the 2022 edition of the National SINuC Congress are consistent with the scientific program of the Congress, elaborated by the SINuC Executive Committee, rich of topics of great relevance in the field of Clinical Nutrition, that allowed participants to live an experience of great cultural and scientific growth, also thanks to the extraordinary level of national and international panelists.
The topics covered concern nutrition in intensive care, in gastroenterology, in oncology, surgery and aging, Mediterranean diet, nutrition and gender, eating disorders, digital innovation in Clinical Nutrition in the light of the post pandemic European funding campaign, organization of nutritional pathways from hospital to the community, the ethical aspects of clinical nutrition, the role of inflammation in metabolic alterations in acute and chronic diseases.
