Visual Designer

We are looking for a Visual Designer for our Lausanne Office who can demonstrate its expertise through a comprehensive portfolio of work that shows an overarching passion for design.

The ideal candidate has worked on creative projects from end to end and is a critical thinker who is able to clearly articulate design decisions.

We are searching for a designer with maturity and experience that is also eager to stay on top of emerging trends and technologies and open to explore new directions in design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative development for comprehensive branding and marketing campaigns from initial strategy through implementation;
  • Provide expert design direction for multiple projects;
  • Embrace design principles: typography, colour, visual hierarchy and brand elements, as well as behaviour patterns and responsive UX development;
  • Meet with top management to present design concepts and effectively articulate strategies;
  • Collaborate with Frontiers team of graphic designers, writers, web developers and project managers to achieve Frontiers goals.


• 3-5 years experience as a visual designer in a creative services agency or similar environment;

• Fluent in English (French is a plus);

• BFA, MFA or related degree in web/graphic design;

• Expert knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CMS);

• Proven portfolio of implemented campaign work for web;

• Experience explaining creative concepts and articulating design directions;

• Ability to support business development and marketing pursuits;

• Experience with web prototyping tools (Sigma or Adobe XD) and motion experience (after affects) are a plus.
