By means of multimodal cardiovascular imaging (echocardiogram, computed tomography (CT), cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR)), a giant left ventricular intramural pseudoaneurysm arising from ruptured left SVA was clearly depicted on both anatomy and function information. Subsequently, our patient underwent patch repair and valvoplasty which provides an excellent prognosis. This report highlights the rare etiology and manifestation of the ruptured left SVA, as well as emphasizes the necessity of multimodal imaging for subsequent surgical repair.
