PGL are often diagnosed incidentally, with no symptoms, or symptoms related to cardiovascular dysfunction. Cardiac Computed Tomography (CCT) and Cardiac Magnetic Resonance (CMR) detect the correct lesion morphology and position as well as provide detailed tissue characterization. A multimodal imaging approach, not yet standardized, could be useful in either the diagnosis, in the monitoring and in the treatment planning. In our case report, CCT and CMR were performed to define lesion anatomy and cinematic rendering (CR) have been reconstructed to characterize PGL angioarchitecture.
