However, the application is usually limited to the material of top electrodes, otherwise, it would suffer from a complex transferring process. Here, we have successfully prepared device-level ZnO covered silver nanowires (AgNWs /ZnO) films, in which, the ZnO is prepared by spray pyrolysis method using zinc-ammonia solution at a relatively low temperature (95 oC). It shows a good adhesiveness to the glass substrate, considering it could sustain sticking and tearing by polyimide tapes for more than 100 times. This film exhibits a good conductivity (~24Ω/sq) with high transmittance in the visible range (>80%). After simple polish and patterning, AgNWs /ZnO shows a good performance used as a sub-electrode for polymer solar cells. The PM6:Y6 devices have achieved a high PCE of 8.37% with a VOC of 0.81V, a JSC of 18.18 mA/cm2, and a yield of 81.25%. It indicates this technology has a good prospect in large-scale organic photo-electronic devices fabrication.
