As an indispensable part of sports industry, sports training is an important way to improve athletes' competitive level. Many people begin to use different materials in sports training, but there are some problems, such as inaccurate monitoring of athletes' physical indicators, low comfort of sports clothing and low satisfaction rate of sports equipment users. In order to solve the appeal problem, this paper would use conjugated materials, which have excellent optical, electrical, thermal and other properties, and apply them to sports training. By summarizing the properties of conjugated materials and their applications in sports training, this paper discussed the potential of conjugated materials in improving athletes' training effect, monitoring sports status and improving sports equipment. Conjugated materials can be applied to sports clothing.This paper scored from the aspects of comfort, water resistance, portability, lightness, aesthetics and breathability. It can be found that the average scores of 20 sports participants on clothes were 9.0475 points, 9.0075 points, 9.01 points, 9.025 points, 9.0325 points and 9.04 points respectively. The average scores for shoes were 9.035, 9.055, 9.02, 9.085, 9.0175 and 8.9975, respectively. The application of conjugated materials to sports training can improve the performance of sports players and help the better development of sports.
