The coordinated charge-discharge stack strategy with high permeability electric vehicles is an effective control method to ensure the voltage quality and energy efficiency of distribution networks. The stochastic behavior of fast charging, general charging and discharging modes of electric vehicles were investigated, an optimization model of coordinated charging and discharging stack strategy for electric vehicles was established, and a improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on mixed real numbers and binary vectors to solve the optimization model was put forward. The results indicated that the optimal model obtained the best strategy of capacitor switching and transformer tap adjustment in this paper. The algorithm had fast convergence speed, reduced the network loss and voltage deviation of distribution system, and solves the adverse effects of high permeability electric vehicles on energy and voltage control of distribution network. The effectiveness of the proposed optimization model and algorithm is proved by several different scenarios.
