The study found that energy poverty significantly reduced Chinese people's confidence in the future, and had a significant negative effect on subjective psychology and physical health. Secondly, this paper further studies its internal causes and influence paths by using the methods of intermediary effect and regulatory effect. It is found that in addition to directly affecting physical and mental health, energy poverty can also have a negative impact on physical and mental health by affecting a series of resources, such as the availability of water and food, reducing the opportunities for physical exercise and increasing medical expenses. The impact is also restricted by age and family income. Finally, under the grand strategy of "healthy China 2030", "carbon peak in 2030 and carbon neutralization in 2060", this paper further discusses how to give consideration to the joint implementation of the two strategies, and gives specific policy suggestions based on this.
