The study's goal was to look into the impact of the digital supply chain (blockchain, Internet of things, and big data) on operational performance and to examine the role of innovative climate in moderating the relationship between digital supply chain and operational performance in the textile industry. The conceptual framework was built on the Resource-based theory. We used a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire to collect data for the survey. Data was gathered from all top and middle-level executives in the textile industry. According to the findings, the digital supply chain (blockchain, Internet of things, and big data) has a favorable impact on the operational performance of the companies. Furthermore, the model's relationships are not moderated by the innovation climate. The research expands on the digital supply chain's uses in the textile industry to improve operational efficiency and capacities.
