The 48h LC50 and 72h LC50 of the TiO2 NPs exposure on M. mongolica were 10.61 and 4.14 mg/L, and Ag NPs exposure were 0.79 and 0.65 mg/L. Ag NPs exposure not only showed toxicity on the mortality rate, but also toxicity on reproduction and generations. Total of 27274 genes were assembled and 11056 genes were successfully compared with the four databases. Differential gene expression showed that the two nanoparticles can cause oxidative damage, damage to the epidermal gene. This result is consistent with the adhesion of NPs to the shell of M. mongolica and the effect of salinity changes on nanoparticle agglomeration, damage to exoskeleton maintenance and molting are one of the main toxicity effects of two nanoparticles to M. mongolica.
