TITLE=Toxic encephalopathy and peripheral neuropathy of poisoning by Avermectin Pyridine: a case report and a review of the literature

ABSTRACT=A case of a 15-ages girl with Avermectin Pyridine poisoning is reported here. This pesticide poisoning common symptoms involve nausea and vomiting shock, respiratory failure, nausea and vomiting, and showed varying degrees of neurological damage. The characteristics of this case and its significance lie in the simultaneous involvement of the central and peripheral nervous systems and the patient completely recovered after treatment with mechanical ventilation, hemodialysis, hormone, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and neurotrophic therapies. In addition, seven other cases of similar poisoning are also discussed to provide experience for clinical treatment.
