A scoping review of the literature was used to analyze the effects of relevant exercise interventions on the physical mobility of stroke patients.ResultsDifferent exercise interventions significantly improves the physical mobility of stroke patients, and these interventions effectively improves muscle strength, motor coordination, balance, and psychological status. In addition, the exercise interventions are able to promote brain recovery by improving neuroplasticity and neurological function, which significantly improves the patients' ability to perform activities of daily living and independence.ConclusionExercise intervention is an effective treatment that can significantly improve the physical activity and quality of life of stroke patients during their rehabilitation. Future studies should further explore the optimal mode of exercise intervention, focus on the development of individualized treatment plans, and incorporate new technological aids to enhance the therapeutic effect.
