Elevated CRP levels corresponded with lower trough levels.ConclusionThis study highlights the critical role of dosing frequency, kidney function, and inflammatory status in influencing gentamicin trough levels in neonates. However, all gentamicin trough levels were within the 2 µg/ml threshold.
