CFA supported a multidimensional structure, with acceptable fit indices (e.g., IFI = 0.88). IRT analysis showed suitable difficulty (-3 to +3) and discrimination (>0.5) parameters for all items.ConclusionThe revised ASKSP-R scale exhibited robust psychometric properties, and it can help assess the relevant knowledge of clinicians, educators, therapists, and other ASD-related professionals, enabling appropriate interventions based on assessment results, promoting targeted training and education, and increasing the rate of early diagnosis and intervention for ASD.
