The aim is to determine the most effective exercise intervention measures and provide a reference for future intervention measures to improve mobile phone addiction.MethodSystematically search for relevant literatures in domestic and foreign databases such as Web of Science, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, China Knowledge, Wanfang, etc. We evaluated the risk of bias according to the revised Cochrane Randomized Trial Risk Tool and conducted traditional and web-based meta-analyses using Review Manager 5.3 and Stata 14.0.ResultTraditional Meta-results showed that all interventions were superior to the control group in improving mobile phone addiction (SMD= -1.38, 95%CI=-1.75, -1.01). Network meta-analysis shows that Badminton and Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT) have better improvement effects on mobile phone addiction among teenagers than other forms of exercise.ConclusionAll kinds of interventions have a significant impact on reducing mobile phone addiction. Badminton and MBT have more advantages in improving mobile phone addiction. However, due to the influence of the sample size and the quality of the included literature, it is recommended to further verify the results in the future.
