Firstly, the exploration is conducted on the cultivation of piano talents' entrepreneurial consciousness, entrepreneurial will, entrepreneurial personality, and entrepreneurial ability. Secondly, the entrepreneurial PSYQ training model for piano talents is established according to the internal factors, entrepreneurial attitude, interpersonal network, and entrepreneurial environment factors of college students majoring in piano. The correlations between various variables are analyzed. Afterward, a questionnaire survey is designed to collect the data from A University in Xi'an. Data analysis suggests significant differences in the cultivation of entrepreneurial PSYQ among students of different grades majoring in piano (p<0.01). Students growing up in different environments show substantial differences in entrepreneurial PSYQ (p<0.01). Meanwhile, whether students have served as community cadres also has a particular impact on students' entrepreneurial PSYQ (p<0.01). However, there is no significant correlation between entrepreneurial PSYQ training and only-child. Finally, under the model analysis, personal motivation, entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial interest, entrepreneurial consciousness, interpersonal network, entrepreneurial environment, and unique entrepreneurial background positively affect the cultivation of their entrepreneurial PSYQ. Therefore, future college piano talents and entrepreneurial PSYQ training should pay more attention to students' innovative thinking and risk challenging capacity to provide students with better entrepreneurial services.
