This study evaluates the “1 + 1” working method implemented at the Qingling Street Community Health Service Center in Wuhan, China. The method integrates a close-knit medical consortium and refined management to enhance service delivery. Key outcomes include a 95.33% coverage rate among high-risk populations, an 81% contracting rate for older adult patients, and an 87% reduction in acute chronic lung disease episodes among seniors. These results demonstrate the model’s effectiveness in improving service capacity and health outcomes. Future research should focus on assessing the scalability of the model and refining incentive mechanisms to support the “Healthy China” initiative.
