Environmental management is getting more and more attention from corporations today. In order to achieve the goal of green development, corporations should consider the organizational behavior related to environmental protection at all stages of production and operation management. Green development can coordinate the contradiction between economic growth and environmental protection by solving the problem of excessive consumption of resources in the process of regional development. Specifically, the corporations’ green development behavior refers to adopting the behavior conducive to environmental protection from organizational levels, such as practising green supply chain management strategy, and also integrating green development concepts into the corporation's operation and management strategies. Thus, corporations can improve the level of sustainable development, achieve green transformation and accommodate global new forms of environmental development.

Based on existing literature that is combined with exploratory factor analysis, grounded theoretical methods, etc., this Research Topic is dedicated to promoting the research and practical experience in the direction of enterprise environmental management and green development. We aim to improve the public's understanding of green development behavior and explore novel ideas in planning and implementing green development strategies of corporations. We welcome the contribution, using new theories/concepts and data analysis and evaluation methods, in the field of enterprise environmental management from the perspectives of organizational decision making, change management strategy, and leadership and communication practices, etc.

-Organizational green behavior adoption and decision making in enterprise production and operation management
-Organizational change and stress management in enterprise green development
