About this Research Topic
Based on existing literature that is combined with exploratory factor analysis, grounded theoretical methods, etc., this Research Topic is dedicated to promoting the research and practical experience in the direction of enterprise environmental management and green development. We aim to improve the public's understanding of green development behavior and explore novel ideas in planning and implementing green development strategies of corporations. We welcome the contribution, using new theories/concepts and data analysis and evaluation methods, in the field of enterprise environmental management from the perspectives of organizational decision making, change management strategy, and leadership and communication practices, etc.
Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
-Organizational green behavior adoption and decision making in enterprise production and operation management
-Organizational change and stress management in enterprise green development
-Organizational leadership, human resource policies and communication practices for enterprise green development
-Application of green development concepts, green technology and green brand in organizational operation and management strategies
We encourage authors to provide empirical and theoretical research papers, critical literature reviews, as well as interdisciplinary research.
