Blockchain-based healthcare systems are gaining more importance due to the decentralized and distributed ledger type of data storage in which it operates. Patient health records (PHR) are gaining more importance due to their value and sensitivity. According to the breach level index, millions of records are stolen worldwide every day. There are many security issues in centralized and traditional healthcare systems because most of them rely on centralized authority. To avoid central authority, blockchain is the most appropriate technology which provides distributed access and immutable records. Researchers have also observed that blockchain can provide resistance to collusion and phishing attacks which are mostly related to electronic health records (EHR).
Deep Learning (DL) is the most prominent and effective technique of artificial intelligence which is more effective in user classification in blockchain-based healthcare systems. Artificial Intelligence (AI) provides users with behaviour tracking and monitoring in an effective way. Smart contracts-based AI and DL techniques can provide more sophistication and resource allocation in P2P networks.
