About this Research Topic
Modern strategies in treating vascular disease aim at the clinical and pre-clinical diagnosis of aneurysmal or ischemic arterial disease, as well as, venous disorders.
New stent design for stenotic disease and stent-graft technology for aneurysmal disease are exclusively based on precise evaluation of the vascular lesion to be treated.
The era of imaging in this field is rapidly progressing and new technologies are needed and are welcomed.
