About this Research Topic
The new direction of research in SS is to identify homogeneous groups of patients, taking into account different patterns of symptoms, clinical manifestations, biomarkers, and pathophysiological mechanisms, with the aim of contributing to SS stratification, also in the perspective of a better future definition of diagnostic, therapeutic and prognostic pathways for these patients.
All types of manuscripts fitting the goal of the Research topic, ranging from basic to translational, and clinical research, are welcome.
