About this Research Topic
The specific focal point of this collection will be on the use of blockchain technology in any space of IoT-cloud. Blockchain combines several technologies to give a trusted, tamper-resistant record of transactions by different parties without a focal authority like a bank. Blockchain has grown in wide popularity in this day and age and a ton of exploration has recently started with respect to this distributed technology. Blockchain can be utilized for a variety of medical applications, non-financial and financial applications, including supply chain management, cryptocurrency, and legal records. IoT-cloud offers cost-efficient, on-request hyperscale so organizations can leverage the capability of IoT without building the basic foundation and administrations from scratch. IoT-cloud offer a productive, flexible, and versatile model for delivering the services and infrastructure required to power IoT gadgets and applications for organizations with limited assets.
For this article collection, we are looking for articles that emphasize the convergence of blockchain and IoT-cloud computing. In addition, articles that discuss any of the following points with regard to pertinent applicable fields are gladly received:
• Privacy in the digital age
• Blockchain analytics
• Modelling and forecasting
• Anonymity/Pseudonymity in cryptocurrency environments
• Interdisciplinary studies of blockchain-based systems
• Big Data
• Security analysis
• Resource allocation and security in 6G/IoT
• Cloud-based IoT infrastructure
• Decentralized blockchain/cloud
• Artificial Intelligence in IoT-Cloud
• Machine learning
This list is illustrative, not comprehensive. We also encourage submissions on other topics and along the general theme. Papers can be either theoretical or empirical: in both cases, they must contain original content that advances the state of the art of blockchain and IoT-cloud computing. We also welcome survey papers that compare existing approaches or systematize the knowledge about a given topic.
