Neuronal migration and axon guidance are two important processes in the development and shaping of the nervous system, which share the same cell biology and biochemical mechanisms. To form a functional neural circuit, neurons need to migrate to a specific region to find the right target through axonal guidance and form synapses with it. For central nervous system diseases, in addition to surgery and targeted drug therapy, non-invasive multi-receptor stimulation plays an important regulatory role in the treatment of central nervous system diseases. Whether it is through the input of nerve signals from touch, pain, vision, hearing, and other receptors, or through the regulation of afferent nerves as an important mediating factor, it plays an important role in the migration and plasticity of neurons, to have a positive impact on the recovery of diseases.

In recent years, numerous studies have yielded significant findings in the aspects of synapses, communication between neurons and glial cells, and plasticity of neural circuits, which strongly prove that non-invasive multiple sensory stimulation plays an important role in the regulation of the central nervous system, and actively participates in the recovery of various brain functions through the migration of neurons. Notably, this migratory and axon-oriented mechanism assumes critical importance in the context of neurodegenerative diseases, primary nervous system diseases, and acquired nervous system diseases.

This research topic will focus on neuromodulatory, multiple sensory stimulation, visual cognition, auditory perception, and mechanisms of action of neuronal migration on central nervous system diseases, including but not limited to:

- Migration effect of neurons and axon guidance in central nervous system diseases

- Non-invasive treatment based on central nervous system diseases and its effect mechanism

- The role of neuroregulation techniques of multiple sensory stimuli in the treatment of central nervous system diseases

- Carry out translational medicine research on central nervous system diseases (including AD, PD, TBI, etc.) by applying multidisciplinary research methods

- New techniques and methods of neural regulation
