In response to this call, we are proud to announce a Research Topic dedicated to exploring the multifaceted nature of healthy ageing, with a particular focus on cognitive decline and dementia.
This Research Topic invites submissions of original research articles and review papers that delve into the following critical topics:

Epidemiology of Cognitive Decline and Dementia: We seek studies that reveal the incidence and prevalence of cognitive decline and dementia among the elderly in both developing and developed countries.
