Cancer therapy has advanced dramatically in the last decade. The goal of therapy has been evolving from a simple and blunt chemotherapy approach to precision medicine and personalized medicine. Target therapy, checkpoint inhibition, and immunotherapy have been showing promising results in combating refractory, relapsed, and difficult cancer cases. This topic will tackle the current state of immunotherapy in cancer therapies, its future direction, and the problems that we are facing now.

There are a few questions about immunotherapy

1. The optimization of immunotherapy in combination utilization with other therapeutic approaches.

2. The optimization of CAR-T therapy and Bispecifics therapy utilization in cancer therapy: earlier line of treatment, sequential/combinational therapies with other therapeutic methodologies.

3. The advance of immunotherapy in managing solid tumors.

· Combination therapy to improve OS, PFS, and reduce AE.
· Impacts of earlier CAR-T or Bispecifics utilization
· Impacts of CAR-T or Bispecifics therapies in sequential or combination with other therapeutic approaches, such as hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT).
· The efficacies of Innovative CAR-T and Bispecific therapeutic molecules
· The advances and problems of immunotherapy in solid cancer treatment.

She is an inventor of intellectual property related to the development of third-party viral-specific T cell programs, with all rights assigned to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She serves as a consultant for Atara Biotherapeutics, Ensoma, HEOM, and Pierre Fabre. Additionally, she serves on the Data and Safety Monitoring Boards (DSMB) for Stanford University and New York Blood Center (NYBC), and holds equity in Regatta Biotherapy.
