The landscape of cancer therapeutics is rapidly evolving with the emergence of sophisticated biologics designed to deliver highly targeted and potent treatments. While Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) have revolutionized precision oncology, new classes of biologics—including bispecific antibodies, immune cell engagers, fusion proteins, and conditionally active agents—are expanding the frontiers of cancer treatment.

This Research Topic will explore the rapidly evolving landscape of biologic therapeutics in oncology, with a central focus on Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) and the innovative platforms shaping the future of cancer treatment. As the paradigm shifts toward precision medicine, novel biologics—including bispecific antibodies, immune cell engagers, cytokine fusion proteins, and engineered scaffolds—are redefining therapeutic strategies. Overall, this Research Topic aims to highlight emerging science, translational advances, and clinical insights that are expanding the therapeutic arsenal beyond traditional ADCs.

We welcome original research papers, reviews, mini-reviews, case reports, brief research reports and opinion papers that deal with, but need not be limited to, the following topics:
