Background

Frontiers in Psychiatry is proud to present our fourth Case Reports in Psychopharmacology series. This Research Topic aims to collect and analyze case reports that highlight exceptional instances of diagnosis, therapeutic results, or clinical trajectories. By highlighting case reports, we aim to examine existing diagnostic criteria and treatment protocols, and identify new possibilities and approaches. You can read our third volume (here).

This Research Topic will only accept Case Reports or Community Case Studies, but relevant Opinions and Perspectives may be considered. All manuscripts must be original with the aim to significantly advance the field to be considered.

We welcome articles addressing (but not limited to), the following themes:

- Unconventional responses to psychotropic medications
- Rare adverse effects and their management
- Novel therapeutic approaches in complex cases
- Comparative analysis of treatment protocols
- Diagnostic challenges in atypical presentations
