Non-Obstructive Coronary Artery (NOCA) Syndromes, encompassing conditions such as Myocardial Infarction with Non-Obstructive Coronary Arteries (MINOCA), Ischemia with Non-Obstructive Coronary Arteries (INOCA), and Angina with Non-Obstructive Coronary Arteries (ANOCA), represent a challenging and clinically significant area within cardiovascular research and care. These syndromes are often associated with key pathophysiological mechanisms including endothelial dysfunction and microvascular disease, and present unique diagnostic challenges that complicate their classification and management.
