The field of workplace psychology is increasingly scrutinized to better understand how psychological and behavioral responses influence organizational dynamics. Current research focuses on positive psychology traits like optimism, resilience, and engagement, which are crucial for enhancing productivity and job satisfaction. Conversely, negative responses such as stress and anxiety can drain morale and disrupt team dynamics. Previous studies have shown the impact of these factors on individual performance and organizational success, yet many questions remain unanswered, particularly concerning the interaction between internal and external determinants of workplace behavior.
