Camelina Sativa: Advances in Genetics, Genomics, Biotechnology, Agronomy, Stress Responses and Industrial Applications

Camelina is an emerging oilseed crop attracting the attention of many scientists across different field of expertises, such as genomics, genetics, breeding, molecular biology, lipidomic, metabolomic, epigenetic, agronomy, sustainability, food and feed sciences.

The present Research Topic will provide the unique opportunities to put together science gathered on camelina in different field of expertises related to camelina. It will represent a lighthouse of knowledge and science on camelina.

The Research Topic will include manuscripts from the participants of the 2nd International Camelina Conference which will be held in Malaga (10-11 July, 2026), as well as manuscripts on camelina from other authors but covering the same subjects as in the Research Topic description.
