There is still a lot of stigma surrounding Dementia and this can have many negative impacts on those living with it. Stigma can result in discriminatory actions and attitudes towards people living with dementia on both a personal and public level. It hopes to provide insights into research and interventions on how this stigma can be tackled and awareness raised, in the hope that the research presented will translate to best practice applications in clinical, public health, and policy settings.
