About this Research Topic
This research topic aims to provide interested readers with clinically relevant information about the nervous system and neurologic conditions in exotic and non-domestic species with the ultimate goal of improving medical care.
We are seeking publications pertaining to the nervous system and neurologic conditions of exotic and non-domestic animal species. Suitable topics include but are not limited to:
- (Functional) neuroanatomy and neurological examination
- Neuroimaging (MRI, CT, other)
- Other neuro-diagnostics, medical and surgical treatment options
- Neuropathology
Preferred manuscript types are prospective and retrospective research studies and review articles, but pertinent case reports will also be considered.
We would like to acknowledge Dr. Andrew Cushing and Dr. Eric Hostnik, who have contributed to the preparation of the proposal for this Research Topic and who will act as Research Topic Coordinators.
