This Research Topic aims to bring together researchers and clinicians to discuss the latest advances in CAR-T cell therapy for hematologic malignancies. We welcome original research articles, reviews, and commentaries on topics related to, but not limited to:
- the efficacy and safety of CAR-T cell therapy, including preclinical studies, clinical trials, and real-world data.
- new approaches to improving the safety and efficacy of CAR-T cell therapy, such as combination therapies or novel CAR designs
- novel biomarkers that can predict response to CAR-T cell therapy
- the risk of adverse events to CAR-T cell therapy
