Recent advances employing three-dimensional organoid culture techniques have elevated our capacity to replicate more physiologically relevant models. These organoids hold promise for unveiling nuanced insights into developmental processes and disease mechanisms that align more closely with natural conditions, ultimately guiding the development of novel therapeutic strategies and improving disease modeling.
