Mobile health applications, wearable sensors, virtual reality, telemedicine, and artificial intelligence are at the forefront of this shift, enabling a paradigm in which nurses can more efficiently monitor patients, deliver rehabilitation interventions, and personalize care. These innovations facilitate real-time health monitoring, enhance patient engagement, improve communication within care teams, and lead to better patient outcomes through more proactive and personalized management.
