Due to their inherent flexibility and capacity to handle diverse decision scenarios, MCDM methods allow for structured and informed decision-making processes, demonstrating effectiveness particularly within complex industrial environments.

This Research Topic aims to highlight and explore the applications of MCDM within mechanical engineering, specifically focusing on the automotive industry.
