While studies have begun to investigate stress markers and metabolic dynamics, comprehensive research integrating multiple biological scales remains limited.

This Research Topic aims to foster a multidisciplinary dialogue that accelerates the development of climate-resilient crops and deepens our understanding of plant-environment interactions. By exploring systems-level studies that link oxidative stress markers with gene expression patterns and metabolic changes, we seek to gather insights into how model and non-model plant species adapt to abiotic challenges.
