Fostering the next generation of brilliant minds in immunological research and shaping the future of the field are the core aims of the IUIS Junior Community. Building on the success of our initial collection, this second volume seeks to showcase the diversity and breadth of state-of-the-art immunological research conducted by emerging immunologists worldwide.
Led by Drs. Anne M. Hahn, Adeleye O. Adeshakin, Marion E. G. Brunck and Maria J. Lamberti IUIS Junior Community board members, this research topic provides a dedicated platform for early career researchers to share innovative work, emerging concepts, and novel methodologies within immunology. We particularly welcome contributions that leverage cutting-edge technologies—such as ‘omics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning—as well as research pursuing novel directions anticipated to shape the coming decade.

We encourage submissions representing fundamental, applied, translational, or clinical research. Both original research articles and scholarly contributions in the form of Reviews, Mini Reviews, and Perspectives are welcome.
