Despite progress in diagnostic technologies and therapeutic approaches, uncertainties remain regarding their impacts on disease progression and patient outcomes.

This Research Topic aims to unravel the intricate relationships within the bone microenvironment and its interaction with bone disease mechanisms and treatment methodologies.
