The last decade has seen the emergence of cardiac radioablation as an innovative approach for the management of refractory cardiac arrhythmias, including ventricular tachycardia and select supraventricular arrhythmias. With the evolution of consensus statements and clinical international guidelines focus is shifting toward the real-world adoption, standardization, and scale-up of these therapies in diverse healthcare settings.

This Research Topic invites contributions that explore the pathway from evidence generation to guideline establishment and practical implementation of cardiac radioablation across institutions and countries. We aim to unite experts who are building, testing, or refining protocols and networks, particularly those addressing the organizational, regulatory, economic, and training challenges facing broad clinical uptake.

We welcome submissions that address:
• International and national guideline development, harmonization, and updates in cardiac radioablation.
• Barriers, facilitators, and policy considerations for protocol adoption in clinical practice.
• Multi-institutional collaborations: building research, quality assurance, or clinical implementation networks.
• Training, credentialing, and multidisciplinary team building for sustainable cardiac radioablation services.
• Comparative and translational studies on workflow optimization, resource allocation, and economic analyses.
• Real-world experiences implementing guidelines: successes, challenges, and lessons learned.
• Perspectives, case reports and best practice protocol papers from radiation oncology, cardiology, medical physics, allied health, and patient advocacy.

By concentrating on the translation of expert consensus and technical guidelines into accessible, high-quality care, this collection will identify practical solutions for expanding access to, and impact of, cardiac radioablation worldwide. Original research, best practice protocol papers, implementation case studies, consensus/position statements, workflow reports, health services research, and multidisciplinary perspectives are especially welcome.
