This research topic aims to establish a prominent platform at the intersection of Clinical Nutrition, Artificial Intelligence, Chronic Disease Management, Nutritional Intervention, and Health Management. We aim to address current challenges in applying AI to personalized dietary planning and management of chronic diseases. The Research Topic “Revolutionizing Personalized Nutrition: AI's Role in Chronic Disease Management and Health Improvement- Volume II” is a continuation of a successful inaugural topic. For the second volume, we specifically invite submissions—including observational, interventional, mechanistic studies, and reviews—that utilize AI methodologies to investigate the health effects of multiple vitamins, minerals, and/or phytochemicals acting in combinations, particularly in the context of chronic and metabolic diseases.
