This Research Topic aims to address public mental health policies, mental health promotion and interventions with a particular focus on the social determinants of mental health and the right to health for people with mental health conditions.
We are especially interested in articles which consider:
• Policy and interventions which promote the ‘’right to health’’ and access to mental health and physical health care for people with mental health conditions;
• Policy and interventions which address access to health issues for people with co-morbidity between mental health and other health conditions;
• Policy and interventions which are oriented towards mental health promotion and/or address the social determinants of health (e.g. housing, social support, employment, culture, stigma/discrimination, access to services).
