About this Research Topic
This Research Topic aims to highlight current advances with in-depth research and investigations on the regulation of non-coding and coding genomes in gastric cancer microenvironment, including immune microenvironment, epigenetic regulation, metabolic reprogramming regulation and tumor microenvironment derived exosomes regulation. Additionally, it will expand to cover the study of translational research on exploring novel therapeutic strategies targeting tumor microenvironment and non-coding genome in inhibition of cancer relapse, metastasis and drug-resistance.
We welcome Original Research articles. Reviews should be discussed with the topic editors before submission. Areas to be covered in this Research Topic may include, but are not limited to:
-Studies on the novel mechanism of non-coding genome including exosomeRNA, miRNA, piRNA, IncRNA and circRNA in regulating gastric cancer immune microenvironment.
-Studies to identify and validate the potential non-coding genes associated with the prognosis and chemo-resistance in gastric cancer microenvironment.
-Studies on epigenetic regulation of non-coding genomes in gastric cancer.
-Studies on non-coding genome regulating metabolic reprogramming in gastric cancer.
-Studies on the relation between immune microenvironment and epigenetics and metabolic reprogramming in gastric cancer.
-Studies on the correlation between immune microenvironment and immunotherapy in gastric cancer.
-Studies on therapeutic strategies targeting non-coding genome in gastric cancer.
Keywords: gastric cancer, cancer microenvironment, exosome, epigenetics, metabolic reprogramming, non-coding genome
Important Note: All contributions to this Research Topic must be within the scope of the section and journal to which they are submitted, as defined in their mission statements.
