About this Research Topic
We are delighted to present the Rising Stars: Precision Medicine 2021 article collection. This collection showcases the high-quality work of internationally recognized researchers in the early stages of their independent careers.
All Rising Star researchers were individually nominated by the Frontiers in Medicine editors in recognition of their potential to influence the future directions in their respective fields. The work presented here highlights the diversity of research performed across the entire breadth of Precision Medicine and presents advances in theory, experiment, and methodology with applications to compelling problems.
Please note that contributions are decided by Topic Editors only. Please inform Topic Editors when you wish to submit a manuscript. Early career researchers are defined as within 15 years after completing their Ph.D., M.D., or other equivalent terminal degrees, and between assistant professor and professor level or equivalent. New articles will be added to this collection as they are published.
