About this Research Topic
This Research Topic aims to cover the recent research highlights, trends, and challenges in this field. It will mainly focus on multiphase microreactors that address the high efficiency, green, and safety aspects in chemical gas-liquid and gas-liquid-solid processes alongside the corresponding contents of fundamentals in microreactors, measurement techniques in microreactors, novel configuration in microreactors, and applications of microreactors in the chemical industry.
We welcome the submission of Original Research, Reviews, Mini-Reviews as well as Perspective articles on themes that include, but are not limited to:

• Fluid dynamics, mass and heat transfer, mixing, reaction and kinetics

• Gas-liquid and gas-liquid-solid application of microreactors
• Hydrogenation, oxidation, absorption, desorption, chlorination
