The objective of this Research Topic is to gather contributions that investigate those capacities, skills, abilities and artistic and cultural experiences that, from a positive perspective, are oriented towards the achievement of well-being, as well as the integral development of the individual.
We focus on the analysis of a great diversity of variables involved in the processes of development and promotion of personal skills, as well as the artistic and cultural experiences that the subject carries out and their impact on improving well-being. This will allow us to identify new relationships, update existing theoretical models or propose new models with a robust empirical basis. Thus, the updating of knowledge and progress in the understanding of processes inherent to changing development environments will allow the implementation of skills, resources and personal strategies to achieve balance in the individual's mental health.
