This Research Topic aims to delve into the cellular mechanisms that drive bone and skin tissue repair, offering innovative pathways for the development of biomimetic materials. The goal is to enhance clinical treatments through a better understanding of cellular dynamics and material interactions. The focus will be on two primary areas: uncovering new cellular mechanisms associated with bone repair and developing materials targeted to these mechanisms, and exploring soft tissue repair, particularly in skin wound healing, to develop effective therapies grounded in cellular behavior and bioengineering applications.
